1. This formaldehyde line is most advanced formaldehyde line which uses silver method in china . It has advantages in equipments structure, activator making, production technology and control system compared with traditional production technology. The line can produce 37%-42% high concentration formaldehyde stably and also it is best way to produce high concentration formaldehyde with silver method. ( If you add one unit of tail gas system, this device can produce 50%-55% high concentration formaldehyde .)

2. We guarantee consumption of 0.442 t methanol / 37% formaldehyde and minimum it can reach 0.435 t methanol /37% formaldehyde.

3. Main reactor-oxygenation devices structure is totally different from any previous oxygenation device. It solves stress corrosion and gas corrosion in balance heat boiler section of oxygenation device and it extend usage life of oxygenation device greatly.

4. Filer type is different from other suppliers. The structure of filter is reasonable and it is convenient to change and clean filter medium. It adopts new type filter materials with better filter effect (0.3μ99.7% withhold). It improves capacity much . Ordinary just change twice in one year.

5. DCS control system can be choosed so that site monitoring points can be concentrated on 2 sets display screen ( one interphase for reaction part and one inter-phase for absorb system) and the operation is very direct viewing.
